Acceptance of terms
SMProxy App (the App) is provided by Rb Media FZC LLC. By using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Purpose of the App
SMProxy App is a VPN client that lets you connect to your own servers over VLESS, Reality, VMess, Trojan, Shadowsocks and WireGuard/AmneziaWG. The App itself does not provide servers or access to them — you add configs yourself by link, QR code or manually.
No usage restrictions
The App is provided without usage restrictions. You may freely use it for personal purposes, provided you comply with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
User responsibility
You are fully responsible for the servers you connect to, the configs you add and the nature of the traffic you transmit. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful activity.
Use of the brand
You may not use the name SMProxy App or confusingly similar marks in the name, description, domain, interface or promotional materials of your own service without the prior written consent of the rights holder.
Disclaimer
The App is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App owners are not liable for any loss, damage or consequences arising from use of the App.
Data collection and consent
On iOS and macOS, diagnostic data is collected only with your explicit consent, requested on first launch (you can change your choice in the app Settings). On Android, Windows and Linux the same anonymized data set is sent without a separate prompt. We do NOT collect browsing history, visited sites, DNS queries or the content of your traffic. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Changes take effect upon publication.
