3 steps — no typing

If SMProxy is already installed on your phone, just scan the QR from the TV right in the app. It shows your subscriptions and sends the chosen one to the TV. The process is the same on Apple TV and Android TV; the transfer is short-lived and encrypted.

A QR code and a short 6-digit code appear on the TV screen.

Scan the QR in the app

On your phone: SMProxy → + → “Scan QR”. Point the camera at the code on the TV.

The app shows your subscriptions — pick one and it's sent to the TV automatically.

No app on your phone?

Open the transfer page in any browser, enter the code from the TV screen and paste the subscription link manually.

Open the App Store on your Apple TV, search for “SMProxy” and install it. If you already have the app on an iPhone or iPad under the same Apple ID, it also appears in Purchased on the TV.

How to connect

1 Open SMProxy App on Apple TV — a QR code and a 6-digit code appear on screen.

2 On your phone, open the SMProxy app, tap + → “Scan QR” and point it at the code on the TV.
